Quality management - Checking compliance and quality of the construction stage to ensure errors are rectified.The team can respond rapidly to changes in site conditions or unforeseen circumstances with pragmatic advice that does not impede time or cost.

Sustainability - Providing guidance and support through the construction stage to ensure the building performs as required to achieve the necessary standard. Preparation of relevant statutory documentation for the building use; EPC, DEC, BRUKL, BREEAM and DREAM.

Post completion - Supporting the time sensitive need for commissioning, testing and snagging stages of the project to ensure a smooth handover process. Our team remain on hand through any soft landing requirements for technical support and post occupancy evaluation.
