“Be patient. The route to becoming an established Project Manager is a long one.Taking responsibility for delivering the smaller, less glamorous projects allows you to flourish as opportunities present themselves.”

“My role is varied, and every day brings different tasks and opportunities to work with different teams, this helps me stay motivated and engaged.”

What does your average workday look like? I am the link between the design team, the client, and the contractor. I control the communication between all parties, so spend much of my time chairing and recording meetings, completing site inspections, and using Project Management tools to manage each of my projects.

How have you found your apprenticeship experience? I like the structure of my apprenticeship; I get to gain on- the-job experience alongside a college education. I’ve felt so supported in every aspect and I would absolutely recommend an Ingleton Wood apprenticeship to anyone!
