Initial assessment (inc. Mathematics and English) and course provider enrolment

Apprenticeships provide practical training in a job whilst you study. Through an apprenticeship programme, an apprentice will gain relevant technical knowledge, practical experience and, wider skills and behaviours that are required for their immediate job and future career.

Training and learning (1-5 years depending on course - block or day release)

Gateway to End Point Assessment (signed off by apprentice, employer and course provider)

End Point Assessment (by independent End Point Assessment organisation)

Certification (issued upon passing End Point Assessment) and apprenticeship awarded
