modern methods of construction

We understand the challenges of building large-scale projects in constrained urban environments. We are experienced in the benefits of off-site construction methods like modular, SIPs, timber panels, and light gauge steel framing to improve quality of construction and speed of delivery. Our approach to MMC and general construction, includes careful selection of durable, value-driven sustainable materials and developing efficient construction methods.

low carbon design

technical experts

Ingleton Wood is highly experienced in the design and delivery of low-carbon housing. As a practice, we are committed to delivering low carbon homes that cut reliance on fossil fuels, help reduce fuel poverty, and lower embodied carbon during construction. We are accredited to deliver across leading environmental performance standards, including BREEAM, Passivhaus, and PAS 2035. Our approach integrates SAP assessments, thermal bridge modelling, and other advanced technologies to refine and optimise designs, ensuring the highest levels of sustainability and performance. We encourage our clients to set ambitious low carbon targets while providing pragmatic advice to ensure their projects remain feasible, deliverable, and cost-effective.

We have dedicated teams focussed purely on high density medium to high-rise developments and the unique technical challenges they represent in a post Grenfell context.Their expertise has us well placed to advise on the approach to and delivery of HRB projects including management of the Government Gateway process. Our teams use BIM-compliant processes and advanced 3D design tools to streamline collaboration and data sharing with the design team and manufacturers, resulting in accurate, coordinated design packages minimising waste and increasing speed of delivery.
