why choose us?

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a legal requirement when a property is built, sold, or rented. • EPCs rate energy efficiency from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient) . • Domestic and commercial buildings must have a valid EPC before being marketed. • Under the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) , landlords cannot let most properties with an EPC rating below E without making improvements. • EPCs are valid for 10 years , but many organisations choose to update them more regularly to reflect energy upgrades and to maximise asset value. Our team ensures full compliance with current legislation and provides clear advice on how to meet – or exceed – minimum standards.

• Accredited assessors – fully qualified and experienced in all EPC methodologies. • Proven track record – from single sites to multi-site projects, delivered on time and within budget. • Integrated sustainability expertise – EPCs form part of our wider energy and carbon reduction services. • Client-focused delivery – clear communication, flexible scheduling, and detailed reporting.

Our EPC services include: • Domestic and non-domestic EPCs – covering all property types, from homes to offices, schools, and industrial units. • Portfolio EPC management – for landlords, local authorities, housing associations, and commercial property owners. • Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) compliance – helping you meet rental property regulations. • Energy improvement advice – highlighting cost- effective upgrades to boost efficiency ratings. • Integration with wider sustainability strategies – linking EPC findings with decarbonisation plans, retrofit programmes, and funding opportunities.
