Mission Essential Facilities Includes bespoke training facilities, rifle ranges, dental and medical facilities, armouries, runway replacements, communication buildings, hangers, weapons training facilities, fuel storage, vehicle maintenance and repair facilities, dog kennels, warehousing and secure storage facilities etc. Non-Mission Essential Facilities Includes living accommodation, housing, fitness centres, swimming pools, community facilities, schools, child care centres, restaurants and fast food outlets, clothing stores, commissaries, officers’ mess, sergeants’ mess, kitchen replacements/new builds, gymnasiums and banks etc. Maintenance Includes various maintenance works associated with repair of concrete buildings, roof replacements, window replacements, minor facility improvements, minor refurbishments and alterations, access audits, condition surveys, structural surveys, plant room and building services refurbishments/replacements and site infrastructure improvements etc.
