Securing T Levels Funding

The TLCF is available from the Government to support eligible further education providers delivering T Levels. The fund is available to providers to improve and adapt their estate to facilitate T Levels provision. This includes improving the condition, extending and adapting existing buildings, through to constructing brand new buildings.

T Levels Capital Fund (TLCF)

The TLCF is available from the Government to support eligible further education providers delivering T Levels. The fund is available to providers to improve and adapt their estate to facilitate T Levels provision.This includes improving the condition, extending and adapting existing buildings, through to constructing brand new buildings. 10 T Level courses are currently available, however, 24 courses will be available by 2023 together with associated funding opportunities. To date, 3 ‘waves’ of annual funding have been confirmed by the Department for Education (DfE) and we expect further waves to follow annually.The 3 rd wave of TLCF had a capital projects budget of £135m. The fund is formed of 2 parts: • The Building and Facilities Improvement Grant (BFIG) • The Specialist Equipment Allocation (SEA)

Providers need to bid for the BFIG and Ingleton Wood can provide specialist advice and assistance with this.We have significant experience in securing capital funding for T level providers. Our expert team will work with you from the outset of

your application, to assist with: • Producing feasibility studies • Designs and specifications • Budget estimates

• Other supporting information required for the bid Once approved, we provide a seamless service to programme and implement the approved works acting as contract administrator or Employers Agent on your behalf, including successful handover of the completed buildings.
