our services

Our team knows that conservation goes beyond the initial repair or alteration work which can be grant funded. Using our knowledge of current and emerging technologies and building techniques, we are able to advise and recommend solutions which meet both the current needs, and the long term requirements of the client. We can focus our services towards low carbon emissions, low running costs or the potential for future flexibility in order that those responsible for heritage assets can safeguard their future. We support the development of sensitive and appropriate solutions which minimise the impact of our interventions whilst maximising the potential for each project.

Our team has a passion for supporting religious communities to enhance their spaces and maximise their potential. We listen closely to our clients, after all you know your building, your needs, and your aspirations much better than we do. Working closely with client teams, we have undertaken refurbishment and reordering projects from a few thousand to much larger multi-million pound schemes. We committ time to agree the right solution for the long term future of the building, often challenging a client’s thoughts to provide cost effective and long term solutions.

Our team have worked on many projects and are used to supporting our clients with; • Climate resilience studies • Developing ‘Pathways to Net Zero’ and decarbonisation studies • Improving lighting systems to enhance each space • Reviewing energy efficiency and helping reduce running costs • Upgrading heating systems and their controls to provide year round comfort • Installing new state of the art AV systems, able to meet the demands of a modern congregation and the wider community • Building fabric reviews and fault investigation • Structural assessments and investigations
