Aviva Ofices Acquisition surveys of ten separate buildings on the former Norwich Union site in the central business district of Norwich.The surveys were commissioned to provide independent professional advice in connection with the client’s proposed acquisition of the freehold interest. The buildings were a mixture of different styles and types of building construction, some dating back to the nineteenth century with others built in the 1960’s and 1970’s.

Instructed to prepare a pre-acquisition survey by the Vendor of a head leasehold investment interest in a multi-tenanted office building measuring approximately 250,000 sq.ft. in the City of London.We inspected and reported on the subject property in a tight timescale to meet the disposal programme. Our inspection team comprised a building surveyor lead, external consultant structural engineer, cladding specialist, as well as mechanical and electrical engineers.
