We undertake a planning review of individual sites or estate portfolios, in order to identify and assess the potential opportunity for future development/ land disposal and permitted development rights. Feasibility studies Where sites are identified as having development potential, a feasibility study is undertaken in order to identify the scale and quantum of development that could potentially be achieved on the site, together with the appropriate planning strategy. Planning applications The team regularly coordinate the preparation and submission of outline and full planning applications on behalf of the NHS and has extensive experience of negotiating planning permissions for a client. Site disposals The team provide advice to clients to ensure they fully understand the planning context of a site prior to its disposal to ensure all opportunities to maximise value are realised.
