design and delivery Our objective is to develop design solutions which provide freedom of choice and meet the needs of patients, service users, staff and residents. Designs are checked for technical compliance, including quality control checklist standards and NHS guidelines such as the HTM’S (Health Technical Memorandums) and HBN’s (Health Building Notes). Our health and residential experience gives us the cross-sector knowledge to achieve optimum design solutions in all areas of health and care.We consult extensively with clinical teams and user groups to ensure all stakeholder needs are incorporated. This is often extended to FM so that continuity can be established across sites with preferred FM regimes and suppliers being considered. With over 150 professional staff we assemble teams to best suit the project type and meet the client’s requirements. We approach each project holistically and look to provide energy efficient solutions with the minimum of maintenance requirements. We have experience in the integration of renewable and low carbon technologies such as combined heat and power (CHP), photovoltaics (PV) solar panels and can advise on the technical, regulatory and financial implications of such choices including payback timescales. our experience We have extensive experience across all areas of healthcare, including primary care, acute care, mental health care and supported living. We have provided advice, designed and worked in many specialist areas.
