Ingleton Wood is currently providing multi-disciplinary design services to deliver a single point of contact and coordinated design service for various facilities across the USAF estate. Ranging from minor works through to mission essential facilities. Projects have varied from full building refurbishments, extensions, alterations, to repairs and installations of a wide range of infrastructure/building services.We have also been engaged through this framework to undertake a master plan for the utilisation of CES facilities at RAF Lakenheath together with specialist surveys and repairs of WW2 hangars. Bloom/ NEPRO Procurement Ingleton Wood can be engaged directly through Bloom Procurement for our full suite of professional services. This framework is a procurement process that is fully OJEU compliant and auditable at every step, from business case, to approvals, to supplier performance.This is similar to CCS and Prefect Circle but enables the buyer to approach Ingleton Wood direct for our expert knowledge and experience in delivering defence and security related projects. Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Ingleton Wood can be engaged through CCS via professional services for direct design engagement or we can support contractors offering a design and build services via this framework. Future Defence Infrastructure Services (FDIS) Ingleton Wood are engaged to provide multi-disciplinary design services through FDIS Tier 1 service providers to support the delivery of maintenance and additional works of the Defence Estate across the UK. Regional Prime Contract (MoD UK) Ingleton Wood have been providing multi-disciplinary design services as a single point of contact. Initially the teams experience stems from a programme that started in 2007 on behalf of Babcock Dyncorp.This has now evolved into the current FM framework provided by Amey Defence Services where Ingleton Wood have been engaged to design and manage a wide portfolio of projects generally including new build, extension and refurbishment works, having regard to mission essential, non-mission essential and maintenance works. Such a variety of projects include those with complexities surrounding security and communications buildings and infrastructure, across the UK.
