how we work Our work in the higher and further education sector is a natural progression of our wider education expertise. Our in-house teams have extensive experience of working together with estates departments, facilities managers and end-users to unlock creative and viable property solutions. Over the years our team has delivered a range of project types across the sector with contract values up to £14 million, including teaching and research projects, science laboratories, student hubs, administrative facilities, residential developments, new public realm, and multi-storey car parks.
