how we work Our work in the higher and further education sector is a natural progression of our wider education expertise. Our in-house teams have extensive experience of working together with estates departments, facilities managers and end-users to unlock creative and viable property solutions. Over the years our team has delivered a range of project types across the sector with contract values up to £14 million, including teaching and research projects, science laboratories, student hubs, administrative facilities, residential developments, new public realm, and multi-storey car parks. We are experienced in designing, planning, and integrating inspiring new facilities within complex live campus environments and we understand the challenge of programming construction activities around academic life.
